CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that if you need to change or cancel your studio session we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or the full cost of the session will be charged. This applies to all studio sessions and packages.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Some sessions require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be used as part of the session or full package price. The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 24hrs prior to your appointment slot. Otherwise a credit note will be issued to be used towards future treatments and sessions with us.
